  About Boxing Boot Camp
   
  A boxing fitness training program set in a boot camp structure. The program will utilise the successful Strike boxing fitness utilised from the STI Boxing system, whereby participants will learn and apply practical boxing skills in combination with boxing fitness. The Boxing Boot Camp through Stone Training is a unique boot camp program. Previous participants have gained benefits in:
- Increased cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscle tone & stamina
- Greatly improved co-ordination
- Weight loss
- Increased confidence
- Practical combat skills

Boxing Boot Camp is instructed by Head Trainer Gavin Stone, who has lived and trained Muay Thai in Thailand, along with regular development tours. These methods are utilised in combination with western boxing techniques in developing Strike boxing fitness utilised from the STI Boxing method. This in combination with experience from operating boot camp programs for over five years, has culminated in the delivery of the ultimate, results based Boxing Boot Camp program.

  Stone Training Boxing Boot Camp
   
     
 
Boxing Boot Camp is an evolution of Boot Camp. Boot Camp programs utilise military inspired outdoor training methods to produce results beyond the physical. Stone Training Boxing Boot Camp utilising the STI Boxing method takes this a step further. Participants will learn practical boxing skills in combination with boxing fitness. Sessions are primarily – but not limited to – based in outdoor Boot Camp style, to take advantage of the beautiful scenery of Canberra’s Lake Burley Griffin and surrounds. Sessions also include Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
